Misericordia Place Personal Care Home
Televisions are available for use in the common areas of Misericordia Place, residents who would like a television in their room are required to supply their own television with either cable or antenna hook-up.
Private telephones can be obtained by calling Bell MTS at 1-800-688-6499. You will be charged an installation fee and will be responsible for your monthly billing.
Daily delivery of the Winnipeg Free Press is available free of charge to Interim Care residents at Misericordia Health Centre and residents of Misericordia Place Personal Care Home.
This program is funded by Volunteer Services and the paper is delivered by MHC volunteers. To receive the paper call 204-788-8131.
Incoming mail is delivered to Transitional Care clients by Volunteer Services. Please inform your family and friends to address your mail as follows:

Outgoing mail with postage can be deposited in the Canada Post mail boxes located outside of the Furby street entrance of Misericordia Place or, for Transitional Care, at 25 Sherbrook Street.
Stamps are sold at the reception desk at Misericordia Place and at MHC’s gift shop.
