Healthy Aging Campus of Care

PRIME: Misericordia’s continuum of long-term care begins with PRIME, a health centre for seniors designed to keep older adults in their own homes for as long as possible.

Misericordia Terrace offers older adults independent, active and healthy living in the heart of Winnipeg. 

Scheduled Respite Care accepts dependent seniors for a planned period of time to allow relief for families who care for a loved one requiring 24-hour care.

Transitional Care Units serve clients who required an extended recovery time and restorative care following an acute-care medical or surgical admission.

Misericordia Place Personal Care Home, providing 24-hour compassionate care for 100 residents in private rooms, rounds out MHC’s healthy aging campus of care.
